It was my first time coming to this business. From the moment I walked in Jerica was very helpful and explained the intake process to me. The wait wasn’t too long and Dr. Schmidt took time to ask me about any issues that were concerning to me. He was attentive and was able to address my problems areas. They have wonderful care and compassion for their clients and always make sure to take care of your needs. They are clean and professional, and actually remember your name too. You aren’t just another person coming in the door, you are a friend. Jerica at the front desk always makes sure to ask how your day is and have a genuine conversation with you. She has wonderful customer service and always greets you with a smile. The atmosphere is very peaceful and the other customers are friendly too. I absolutely recommend coming here, and I definitely will continue to give them my business.
